Feeding a one year old

I found out why you haved to watch a one year old eat very closely. Cheyenne thought she would wear her pop tart and then tried to stuff ALL the chicken nuggets in her mouth.

Sisters

Cheyenne really loves her sister. She is being a big helper and they already have a great bond. They even share Daddy. Cheyenne didn't like that the first day, but now she loves it.

Karlee Erin Hayes

The newest member of our family arrived finally on June 13th. Karlee Erin Hayes was born at 8:46 AM. She weighed 9 lbs. 13 oz. and was 20" long. She is a big girl. We are so excited to have her as part of our family. Mike and I are so excited. Cheyenne is having a blast being a big sister. They love eachother and we are all very happy. We love you Karlee.

My first birthday

Cheyenne had her party. We gave her a cupcake to demolish and she loved that. She grabbed the frosting side and ate until she reached hand. It was so cute. She got a ton of presents and I think make out like a bandit. Her favorite is a doll stroller from Uncle Dave, Aunt Shay and her cousins. She also loves the fairy skirt and plate from Grandma, Grandad and Uncle John. She loves her family so much. We are so lucky to have family that loves her. Thank you Shay and Grandma for helping me with her and loving her so much.

Little Bo Peep

This pregnancy I have had sciatic pain really bad and I've had to use a cane. Cheyenne loves to grab the cane and run away. She looks like Little Bo Peep.

Cheyenne's uncle John thinks that the pictures of her crazy hair are so cute. I thought I'd add a couple of them here.

Easter at Grandma's

Cheyenne and her cousins had an Easter egg hunt at my parent's house. She didn't really hunt for the eggs. Her cousins did that part for her. Then we dumped the eggs at her feet and let her pick them up. She kept taking them out of the basket, but she had fun anyway.
